At Cookie Bitz, baking literally runs in the family. My Grandma? Total legend. She was the original Cookie Queen, teaching me how to bake in camp kitchens when I was six, wearing an apron two sizes too big and thinking I was a total pro. Spoiler: I was not. But she taught me to be fearless in the kitchen—experimenting with textures, flavors, and probably making a mess along the way. Worth it.

Fast forward to today: I’m still that girl playing mad scientist with bold flavors, but now I’ve traded the camp kitchen for a commercial one (with way better snacks). What started as a humble table at the local farmers' market turned into Cookie Bitz—your go-to for stuffed cookies that are unapologetically extra. Within two months of launching, our little cookie dream grew faster than I could have imagined, all thanks to our amazing community (seriously, y’all are the real MVPs).

These days, we’re cranking out high-end desserts with flavor combos you didn’t know you needed, and I’m passing on the love of baking to my own kids—because the Cookie Queen legacy must live on.
