COOKIE BITZ — SHIPPING POLICY

At Cookie Bitz, we want your order to arrive as fresh and delicious as it left our commercial kitchen. Every cookie is baked fresh, individually sealed, chilled, and packaged with care so you can enjoy luxury stuffed cookies anywhere in Canada.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently offer Canada-wide shipping on select cookie flavours. Only our most travel-stable cookies are available for mail delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

To protect freshness and avoid weekend delays, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday.

• Orders placed Wednesday after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following Monday.
• Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship on Monday.
• During holidays or severe weather, shipping schedules may be adjusted.

This ensures cookies do not sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following options at checkout:

• Expedited Parcel (recommended)
• Xpresspost (fastest)

We do not offer Regular Ground shipping due to long transit times.

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

HOW WE PACKAGE YOUR ORDER

To maintain quality during transit, all cookies are:

• Individually sealed for freshness
• Shipped chilled (insulated during warm months)
• Packed with protective padding inside a secure box

We take every precaution to ensure your cookies arrive as intended.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Typical transit times (not guaranteed):

• British Columbia & Alberta: 1–3 business days
• Prairies: 2–5 business days
• Ontario & Québec: 3–6 business days
• Atlantic Canada & Territories: 4–8 business days

These are estimates only. Carrier delays and weather are outside our control.

STORAGE UPON ARRIVAL

For best quality:

• Refrigerate your cookies upon arrival
• Best enjoyed within 1 week
• Freeze up to 6 months
• Warm 10–15 seconds before eating

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include the following:

  1. Photos of the shipping box

  2. Photos of the cookies

  3. Photo of the shipping label

  4. Your order number

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
